Abstrak

Artikel ini mengkaji teologi budaya menurut pandangan Lesslie Newbigin dan Johan Herman Bavinck. Dikatakan bahwa kerangka trinitas adalah kerangka yang tepat dalam membaca dan menganalisis budaya. Dengan merujuk kedua tokoh ini dan membandingkannya maka penulis memperlihatkan aplikasi kerangka trinitas untuk membaca dan menganalisis budaya dalam pemikiran Newbigin dan Bavinck. Dari kajian ini, penulis memperlihatkan keragaman teologi budaya dari tradisi teologi Reformed yang dapat diaplikasikan khususnya dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat yang majemuk.

Doni Herwanto Harianja menyelesaikan studi Magister Teologi (M.Th) dari Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Reformed Injili Internasional (STTRII) pada tahun 2021. Saat ini penulis melayani di GRII Kuningan. Minat riset penulis adalah studi mengenai gereja dan misi.
