Vol. 8 No. 2 (2021): Religion and Security

The change in the security paradigm remains an opportunity for religions to give themselves the bargaining power of ideas on affairs on earth. People and religious institutions should participate and contribute on natural to the humanities science as well as from the present to the future. Of course, it doesn't just stop when we roll up our arms to help victims of natural disasters, tackling poverty, uphold human rights, or fight for a decent living environment, the universal mission of religion is also to focus on human flourishing. This mission can only be accomplished by turning from the love of pleasure, which is the main axis of today's culture, to the pleasure of love.
